Breakfast Porridge
Oats are
great way to start your busy day they provide a high level of fiber making you
feel fuller for longer and studies have shown that incorporating oats into your
diet helps lower bad cholesterol. Oats are quick and easy breakfast meal that
anyone can make. So porridge with no sugar tastes a bit bland right? Jazz up
your porridge in many ways by adding fruit and yoghurt to give it more flavour.
Cook time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:

Oats
·
Milk
·
Blueberries
·
Natural
low fat yoghurt
·
Banana
·
Cinnamon
(optional)
Cooking
- Put oats into your bowl; pour over enough milk covering your oats. Warm this up for about 2-3 minutes (you can either eat your oats in the microwave or cook it on the stove.)
- Pour 2-3 scoops of natural low fat yoghurt in the middle and top with chopped banana and blueberries.
- Add some cinnamon on top to add flavour.
