Honey Salmon and Roasted Broccoli
Salmon is
a great source of protein it also contains omega-3 fatty acids which are vital
for your growth and development. Other omega 3 fatty acids can be found in
foods such as tuna, nut oil and other fish. Omega 3 fatty acids can also be
seen to lower blood pressure.
Tired of steaming
your broccoli? Roast them with some garlic and lemon for a crunchy side dish.
Cook time: 20-30 minutes
Ingredients:

boneless skinned salmons
·
1
spring onion
·
1
red pepper
·
¼
onion segment
·
Honey
·
Broccoli
·
Olive
oil
·

garlic segment

Cooking
Salmon
- Heat your pan and add a little olive oil, place your salmon skin down and allow it to fry for 5 minutes.
- Add your chopped pepper, onion, and spring onion to your pan and allow it to fry.
- Allow your salmon to fry for a further 15 minutes flipping it over every so often.
Roasted Broccoli
- Wash and slice your broccoli florets into smaller pieces and sprinkle black pepper lemon juice and olive oil, place your broccoli florets on a tray and into your oven at 200c for 10-14 minutes maximum.
Nearly finished
- Your salmon should have cooked by now once it is cooked drizzle some honey covering your salmon.
- Sprinkle some parsley over your food to add some flavour.
