Breakfast scrambled Eggs

Eggs are great source of nutrition; they contain most of your vitamins and are filled with protein. Scramble your eggs the right way by adding even more nutrition, such as spinach great for packing in your daily vitamins yet low in calories. You can also add in tomatoes, avocados and peppers.

Cook time: 7-10 minutes

Ingredients:
·         4 eggs
·         ½ of an avocado
·         ½ of a tomato
·         ¼ red pepper segment
·         Handful of spinach
·         Black pepper
·         Olive oil
·         Parsley
Cooking
  1. Start by chopping up your avocado, pepper, tomato and spinach. Be prepared to add this to your scrambled egg.
  2. Heat up your frying pan and add a tiny dash of olive oil. Once heated crack your eggs into your frying pan and use a fork/ cooking utensil separating your eggs.
  3. Allow the eggs to fry for about 3 minutes. Add your avocado, pepper, tomato and spinach to the pan. Sprinkle black pepper over your scrambled eggs to add flavour. Cook for a further 3 minutes
  4. Your scrambled eggs should be finished. (Optional: top scrambled egg with some parsley.)
