Blueberry pancakes

Cooking time: 20-25 minutes
Ingredients:
·         2 cups of plain flour
·         1 ½ spoons of white sugar
·         2.5 mg of cinnamon or 1 small teaspoon
·         2.5 mg of nutmeg or 1 small teaspoon
·         1 cup blueberries
·         1 cup of milk
·         Pinch of salt
·         2 table spoons of butter
·         1 egg
·         Maple syrup
·         Olive oil
Pancake mix
  1. Crack your egg into a bowl and add your 1 cup of milk, two table spoons of butter and whisk.
  2. Once you have whisked these ingredients add your 2 cups of flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pinch of salt. (Optional: try adding your flour by using a sieve)
  3. You will then need to mix all these ingredients together to form a medium to thin pancake mixture (add some water or milk if the mixture is too thick)
  4. Add some blueberries into the mixture and stir.

Cooking
  1. Heat your frying pan and add a small amount of olive oil. Once the frying pan is hot, turn the heat on your stove to a medium to low heat as pancakes cook easily.
  2. Depending on the desired size of your pancakes pour your blueberry pancake mixture into the pan.
  3. Cook your pancakes for 2-4 minutes on each side remembering to flip them over. (This is a great time to try your pancake flipping moves!)

Nearly finished
  1. Once cooked place pancakes onto your plate creating your finished artwork, add extra blueberries and drizzle your scrumptious pancakes with maple syrup for finishes touches!
