- Crack your egg into a bowl and add your 1 cup of milk, two table spoons of butter and whisk.
- Once you have whisked these ingredients add your 2 cups of flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pinch of salt. (Optional: try adding your flour by using a sieve)
- You will then need to mix all these ingredients together to form a medium to thin pancake mixture (add some water or milk if the mixture is too thick)
- Add some blueberries into the mixture and stir.
Cooking
- Heat your frying pan and add a small amount of olive oil. Once the frying pan is hot, turn the heat on your stove to a medium to low heat as pancakes cook easily.
- Depending on the desired size of your pancakes pour your blueberry pancake mixture into the pan.
- Cook your pancakes for 2-4 minutes on each side remembering to flip them over. (This is a great time to try your pancake flipping moves!)
Nearly

- Once cooked place pancakes onto your plate creating your finished artwork, add extra blueberries and drizzle your scrumptious pancakes with maple syrup for finishes touches!
