Berry Filled Smoothie
There are
only pros when you make your own homemade smoothies. If you are not a regular
smoothie maker, use frozen fruit to cut down on your wastage.
What you get from this smoothie:

Ingredients:

3-5
tablespoons of plain low fat yoghurt
·
Blueberries
·
Raspberries
·
Strawberries
·

teaspoon of Cinnamon
Blending:
- Wash and place the fruit into the blender adding 3-5 tablespoons of yoghurt and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.
- Add water if smoothie starts to thicken and continue to blend.
