Chill Chicken Stir Fry
Stir fry is a great midweek meal that does not take long to cook and insist of chucking loads of vegetables and spices into a pan. Add some chilli and extra hot sauce to your chicken to add a bit of kick to your meal.

Cooking time: 30-35 minutes
Ingredients:
·         Chicken breast
·         Lemon juice
·         Vinegar
·         Dark soy a sauce
·         Black pepper
·         Red chilli
·         Egg Noodles
·         Vegetables (sweetcorn, peas, broccoli, carrots or your selection)
·         Olive oil

Cooking
  1. Start by soaking your chicken breast in some lemon juice, vinegar and water. Once soaked wash your chicken and drain.
  2. Slice your chicken breast into small pieces and place this into a bowl to prepare to season it. For the seasoning you will need to; sprinkle your chicken with black pepper, dark soy a sauce, hot sauce.
  3. Heat your pan and add a tiny bit of olive oil and add your diced chicken breast.
  4. Allow this to cook for 20 minutes before adding in the rest of your stir fry ingredients.
  5. In the meanwhile you should have a pot of boiling water, add your noodles to the pot and allow your noodles to cook (follow the instructions on the back of your noodle packet for cooking time)
  6. After 20 minutes has passed your chicken should be cooked you will then need to add your onions, chilli and your selection of vegetables for your stir fry to your pan and fry for a further 5-7 minutes.
  7. Once your noodles are cooked drain them and add this to your pan with your chicken. Drizzle a little more dark soy a sauce over your noodles and give it a good stir mixing all your stir fry ingredients.
  8. Your stir fry should be ready in less than 5 minutes.
  9. Want it really hot? Add a scotch bonnet pepper or more hot sauce in the process of making your stir fry.
