Scrumptious Crepes

We all have a craving for something sweet once in a while, so why not give in and make crepes for your dessert. The toppings are endless therefore top it with some fresh strawberries or bananas and drizzle over with indulgent chocolate.

Cooking: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
·         1 ½ cups of plain flour
·         2 eggs
·         1 cup of milk
·         1 ½ tbsp sugar
·         1 tsp cinnamon
·         Butter
·         Strawberries
·         Chocolate sauce

Cooking
  1. In a blender put your flour, eggs, milks, sugar, cinnamon and ½ a spoon of butter and blend well. The mixture for crepes needs to be thin this is why a blender is ideal.
  2. Heat your frying pan, once heated add some butter to your pan.
  3. Start by pouring some of your mixture into the middle of pan then tilt your pan in a circular motion so you mixture spreads across your pan evenly.  Crepes are very thin so go easy on the mixture each time you are making a new crepe.
  4. Allow your crepe to cook for about 2 minutes on one side then flip your crepe over to cook for no longer than 30-40 seconds.
  5. Have fun decorating your crepes, slice some strawberries and top with ice cream for a nice dessert.
