Scrumptious Crepes
We all
have a craving for something sweet once in a while, so why not give in and make
crepes for your dessert. The toppings are endless therefore top it with some
fresh strawberries or bananas and drizzle over with indulgent chocolate.

Ingredients:

½ cups of plain flour

2
eggs
·
1
cup of milk
·
1
½ tbsp sugar
·
1
tsp cinnamon
·
Butter
·
Strawberries
·
Chocolate

Cooking
- In a blender put your flour, eggs, milks, sugar, cinnamon and ½ a spoon of butter and blend well. The mixture for crepes needs to be thin this is why a blender is ideal.
- Heat your frying pan, once heated add some butter to your pan.
- Start by pouring some of your mixture into the middle of pan then tilt your pan in a circular motion so you mixture spreads across your pan evenly. Crepes are very thin so go easy on the mixture each time you are making a new crepe.
- Allow your crepe to cook for about 2 minutes on one side then flip your crepe over to cook for no longer than 30-40 seconds.
- Have fun decorating your crepes, slice some strawberries and top with ice cream for a nice dessert.
